Victory Service Dogs Grand Opening

Congratulations to Victory Service Dogs on the grand opening of their new location!

This non profit works to support the many Veterans in need. In the fall I got the opportunity to be apart of their graduation ceremony and see what they do first hand so I was so excited when they invited me back for their grand opening!

So many people got involved! There were demonstrations by the Colorado Springs Police Department. Tree House BBQ was there to make sure everyone was fed and I got the pleasure of talking to Rachael with Hand and Paw Chiropractic. There were so many great people there and it was exciting to meet them all and hear their stories and see what they are passionate about.

There was a silent auction to raise money for Victory Service Dogs. The out reach from local businesses was really overwhelming. I talked with Kim for a bit and she was amazed how people were contacting her wanting to be apart of this event and help them out. There were awesome prizes from Bently’s, Wag n Wash, I donated a mini session, there was Petco, Starbucks, Peak gymnastics and fitness, and countless more. They had everything from puppies to alcohol for participants to bid on.

It was fun and exciting to celebrate along with Steve and Kim in this big step!
